📦 Anonymous Parcel Locker Delivery
Be advised: This option is for customers who wish to ship to an anonymous parcel locker for extra privacy.
You can still use your own personal locker at checkout as usual if you prefer.
How It Works

Select “Anonymous Parcel Locker Delivery” at checkout.

Find your nearest locker using auspost.com.au/receiving/parcel-deliveries/parcel-lockers.

Add the locker name, location, and postcode in your order notes — copy and paste these details directly from the Australia Post website.
🚚 We’ll Handle the Rest
Your parcel will be shipped to that locker under a different name (not yours).
We’ll update the shipping address once your locker is assigned.
When it arrives, you’ll receive an email with a collection code and a temporary mobile number to pick it up.
⏰ Important
You must collect your parcel within 24 hours of arrival.
If not collected, it will be moved behind the counter, and you’ll need to present an authorisation form and valid ID to collect it.
We also rotate lockers periodically for added privacy.

If lockers are full, Australia Post may redirect your parcel to the nearest post office.
In this case, you’ll need to complete an Authorisation Form to collect your parcel. -
We have no control over whether Australia Post places a parcel in a locker or behind the counter.
