3. International Shipping

We ship to most countries within Europe. International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their local government. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

If a package is seized by customs or returned to us due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, failure to pay customs fees), we are not obligated to issue a refund.
